Pekerja Sosial menghadiri Upaya Diversi di Satreskrim Polres Batu Bara terkait kasus tindak pidana Persetubuhan terhadap anak di bawah umur.
Upaya diversi dihadiri oleh Penyidik unit PPA Satreskrim Polres Batu Bara, PK Bapas Kemenkumham, Pekerja Sosial, dan Kedua Belah Pihak yang berperkara.
Adapaun hasil Upaya Diversi tersebut adalah gagal dikarenakan tidak menemukan kesepakatan antara Pihak pelapor dengan pihak terlapor.
Maka dari itu berkas perkara terlapor akan diteruskan oleh Penyidik, dan Diversi akan diupayakan kembali di tingkat Kejaksaan, Jum'at (29/09/2023).
